The moment I lifted the Mac from the box, lifted the foam packing the screen, I was in awe. The fine matt metal finish on glossy black. Removing the protective sticker to reveal 27inches of glossy pixel estate.
A few things worth paying the premium for over a new pc; 1 powercord for the entire set up; no ugly CPU box; the ultra slim matching keyboard and how quiet the whole system ran. The moment I turned off my pc, the room was silent. Like, whoa. No more annoying whirling fan sounds!
The only annoying thing is the mouse. For all the good products Apple makes, they still can’t build a proper mouse. No one makes a better mouse than razor. I’ve gone through 4 razors and I keep going back to them. The tactile feeling of the click and shape just works. It takes so much effort to right click on the apple mouse.
My old PC looks quite silly now beside the mac. So tiny can.
