JM organized a tiny little BBQ at my place. The pit was super sad, but managed to make it work in the end. We ordered our stuff from this website, not bad, their buffalo wings were zomg awesome! Stingray was quite difficult to cook. We had slices of beef, but came out too chalky i think. Not sure why. Satay from them weren’t so good as well.
The fun thing about BBQ is of course the BBQ’ing. I think smaller groups are better for BBQ. Then everyone participates in the cooking, no one sitting around watching TV like most other BBQs.
Starting the fire, fun. BBQ’ing, fun. Eating, fun. Cleaning up, not fun. lol.
