The road right below, filled with rows of makeshift stalls selling new year stuff. That’s fine, it’s just they have these loudspeakers on and they don’t stop talking. Even on the third floor we could hear them selling all the way till 11pm.
A tad bit annoying at first, but by the 5th night we got quite used to it. Quite entertaining at times, the way they try to sell their products with catchy phrases and reasoning. xD
