We’re down to a 2 man army again. It’s a tricky game, balancing time, client budgets, costs, projects and people talent. EVERYTHING is a factor somewhere somehow.
Experience being i feel is the largest determining factor in making everything work. And there is just no shortcut to experience. You just can’t replace the years of hard work and learning. There are only so many short cuts. All that’s left now is to find the right people, build our bases, and let time tell our story.
