We found the a suitable office, 900sqft along temple street. On the 3rd floor. $2200 a month. If you count in utilities and other misc stuff, it’s estimated $3200 a month.
The moving in costs is killer. Have to pay 3 months in advance, plus a month’s rental commission to the property agent since we’re leasing 2 years. That’s $8000 right there. Plus furniture, and other necessities… ow.
No pictures of the place though. The existing company hasn’t moved out yet. We can only move in 1st December. It’s film company at the moment, so the way the decor is and how it’s set up is perfect for us. Only that the ceiling is orange. Was wondering if we should live with it or paint it white.
