Tried paintball yet? FUN! Out of our group of 12, only JM has ever played paintball. The rest of us noobs were getting shot left right centre. Well maybe only me lol.
We went with the ‘godfather’ package over at Red Dynasty (Katib). $39 I think. 100 bullets is not enough! I sprayed through all my rounds on the first game. Trigger happy lol. Took a while to calibrate myself to the bullets. The shots don’t fly straight, dips a bit, so you got to aim a bit higher. For some reason i couldn’t hit any one. I was like firing away, but all the shots land around the target! I think i wasn’t holding the marker properly. hur.
The only thing i remember from the first round was getting hit many times lol. Once on my finger (ouch) and a few head shots thanks to JM. Gin had 3x big bruises. The second round was a bit better, got used to the gun a bit. Could actually see the bullets flying now. I forgot all about our strategy after i got shot the 3rd time lol. My ‘hide behind cover’ skill = fail. We played in the rain, so our masks were fogged up after a while. Can’t see = cannot shoot! Super muddy, quite a few people slipped while running.
Overall everything was fun except for the waiting, some guns malfunctioning, and the eating paint parts. When are we going again! Go for the 250 bullet package this time ok! And make sure it’s dry weather :D
