I’ve always been in front of events taking photos. This time I got the chance to see how a rather large event got put together.
From proposals to sponsors, suppliers, producers, entertainers, coordinating their flights, hotel accommodations, marketing materials, prices, guest lists, table layouts, all the way down to the day before, setting up equipment, sound checks and everything. Plus the things that go wrong along the way. A LOT of people, time and money goes into making these things possible. Fascinating.
i think you should experience how NDP is organise. Then you know how big the event is..
