Much debate on if this was a movie for kids, but depends on how you look at it, you can either look at it from a alien movie or a movie about a bunch of kids and their dream project. If you look deeper than the whole meaning of the movie is about letting go.
I was amazed at the level of acting by the kids, super authentic and very relational. Especially liked the movie making director kid character, trying to pull together actors and support for his movie. Reminds me a bit of me. lol. Some jumpy moments combined with top notch effects made it entertaining throughout.
Well worth the $7, but keep an open mind before you watch it, and stay for the end credits. Super entertaining :D
