

I conclude, after a couple months of testing, it’s highly beneficial to exercise at least 3 times a week. All manner of built up tension during the week gets released when you sweat it out. You’ll find yourself being happier at work, more alive, more approachable, and you just don’t feel so tensed.
Furthermore this ’solo’ time gives your mind some quiet time to think about and solve problems. I mean of course, it depends on the kind of activity you do. Running on a treadmill while watching the news with earphones on, I don’t think it’s very beneficial. Going outdoors, feeling the wind on your skin, the fresh air, is what works. For me anyways. :)
Yeah Free PErsonal time is much more valuable!
