Recently, have been really frustrated with the way my team is playing. Instead of improving, it seems to be going the other way. With more and more 'indian chiefs' popping up, and less tactical awareness. I thought of leaving it once, but hesitated, but now I really feel like leaving it once and for all. Its quite sad cause I saw the team improve and grow as a team, and half way along the way, after I stepped down, the team just started to drift. On one hand I want to see the team improve, on the other hand there is nothing I can do if they don't wish to change. I think its time to move on...

Its been a blessed 8 years since the start, there were lots of ups, and lots of downs as well. But all the times I will treasure, cause its the downs that made us stronger. May there be many more good years to come, and whatever it is, we will face it together. Happy 8 year Anniversary Dar! Huat ah! Hahaha.

My first Marketing and Sales meeting, I had dual role for this extensive meetings among the big shots of the Marketing Directorate. I was the 'arrowed' minute taker for today, and coincidentally, I was supposed to present certain new functions that I wanted to develop. I had two items to present, and in all there were only 5 major items, so yea, basically, my first meeting with the Director and Senior Managers, I had to do so many things. Worse part is, I'm such a small fry that they don't even know who I am! Hahha, thats alright, I have been staying under the radar. First presenter of the day, had a lengthy 20+ slides presentation, then at the end of it, CMO just said,"So whats the point of this presentation? It doesn't solve the issues at hand" I was like OMG!!! Kanna shoot down like that, sianz 1/2. My turn how!?!!!?! 2nd person present, also kanna shot down, but not so bad, apparently there were some wrong information passed around. So when it came to my turn, I was damn stress, afterwards kanna shot down. Surprisingly, CMO agreed with what I was suggesting, and the rest probably didn't know whats going on, so it was smooth sailing for both my items, woo hoo!!! I was damn afraid I will make a bad impression on the first time presenting man, glad it is over and down with. Now more work passed on to me! Argh! Its ok, all in a days work!

Since I found out about my injury a month ago, I haven't really been exercising, coupled with the fact that its chinese new year, I have been eating tons, no choice since go everywhere must eat a bit. so now I feel absolutely grossed out, lethagic, and worse of all, I have fallen sick, hai... need to start training once I recover man.
